It’s the start of the week and there’s lots of things going on in the sports world. There’s the playoffs going on in baseball and since it’s Monday, of there’s Monday Night Football. I haven’t posted for a while and last time I posted, football season was still in preseason. As the baseball season starts to wind down and football just getting started you’ll see me picking back and forth between the two sports. Enough talk though, let’s get some picks in!

Once again MNF we have another Divisional Matchup (NFC) this matchup will replay the second leg of this rivalry. Eagles visit the Redskins having lost their previous outing, this coincided with Michael going down to Rib injuries on that game. We expect the revenge factor to kick in tonight and have the Eagles soar on top of these dysfunctional Redskins.

Another day another win.
We start off the week the same way as the week before WINNING, so Eagles were the sexy pick and delivered, 15 seconds into the 1st quarter and the Eagles were up 7-0. They never looked back after that as they scored 35 consecutive points just demoralizing the lowly Redskins into submission. I tweeted to you all last night that it feels good to win a game with so much time before it ended, it gives you the chance to relax and enjoy all the amenities surrounding the game.

Anyhow it was fun 59-28 was awesome for us and Michael Vick is going to get paid next year, good for him, I don’t approve of the actions that got him removed from his freedom and out of society, but I feel that he has genuinely put it all together and returned a better human being and QB.

Tonight MNF embeds a matchup between two AFC North rivals, the (3-5) Cincinnati Bengals visiting the (5-2) Pittsburgh Steelers. Last season both games were won outright by the Bengals en route to dominate their division. This year it’s the Steelers turn to be on top. These two squads don’t like each other and have had a history of punishing each other.
